(January 31) – With many homes undergoing roof replacement, residents have inquired as to what time construction may begin on a daily basis.

According the the City of Palm Beach Gardens Performance Standards Section 78-661, residential construction may begin daily at 8 AM with a maximum allowable decibel reading of 60.

These start times do not prohibit contractors from assembling at the residential sites prior to the start time in order to stage the site with materials.
