Formal procedures for residents to review association records
Residents may review Magnolia Bay Gardens association records by submitting a request through the Resident Portal or contacting the HOA management office. Access is provided in accordance with community guidelines.
Ten-Year Long Range Capital Model introduced as a guide for future capital projects and funding.
Completed Community Projects
- Replace common area roofs – clubhouse, gatehouse, and bus stop
- Replace swimming pool fence and install ADA gates and locks
- Repairs to all interior and exterior sidewalks
- Replace front entry landscape lighting
- Clubhouse interior painted, new light fixtures and furniture
- Removal of 30 oak trees
- Landscape improvements in various common areas and sod replacement around houses
