Overhaul of the community’s governing documents

The Magnolia Bay Gardens HOA has initiated an overhaul of the community’s governing documents to ensure they remain current, clear, and aligned with applicable laws and best practices.

This review process aims to improve clarity, address outdated provisions, and better support the evolving needs of the community. Proposed updates will be reviewed by the Board and, where required, presented to homeowners for feedback and approval.

Residents will be notified as updates become available and are encouraged to review all proposed changes carefully. Additional information will be shared through the community website and Resident Portal.
